Before your wax appointment: Please allow 2-3 weeks of hair growth. This means no shaving! Hair must be a certain length to be removed, as well as allowing all the growth cycles to be present for your best results. Please arrive with clean, product free skin, if possible. - No lotions, oils or deodorants. - No tanning/heavy sun exposure for 48 hours ahead of time. Exfoliate the area 48 hours ahead of time. After your wax appointment: - No saunas, swimming in lakes, pools or hot tubs for 48 hours. - No sexual intercourse or heavy exercise for 24-48 hours - No tanning or heavy sun exposure on the area for 48 hours. 🚫 No children/friends/significant others in the suite at time of service. 🚫 No Face-Timing, Snapchat or videos during services. ✨All digital gift cards have an expiration date of one (1) year unless otherwise stated ✨Policies: 👙 In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hour notice) the client is responsible for 100% of reserved service. No exceptions. Unexpected events, like illness, work emergencies, and travel delays are not exempt from this cancellation policy, but will be taken into consideration. 👙 All deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within the timeframe above. 👙 Additionally, periods are not a valid excuse for a cancellation. If a client is able to use a tampon or menstrual cup this will not be considered a special circumstance. 👙 If a client cancels, no-shows or reschedules an appointment request three (3) times within six (6) month period they will no longer have the ability to book online. Appointments will have to be made directly through the business owner and a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of the service. 👙 Our grace period is five (5) minutes. If that is exceeded the appointment will be considered a “no-show” appointment and the appointment will be rescheduled. The client will be charged a fee of 100% of the missed service. We reserve the right to discharge clients for failing to follow the cancellation policies. 💖 We strive to render excellent customer service to all clients. Cancellation Policy

100% No show and cancellation fee if not within 24 hours of the appointment. If not cancelled 24 hours in advance, the credit card used to book the service shall be charged for the full amount. Late policy- Clients who show up 5 or more minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be charged a 100% no-show fee and their appointment will cancelled.
